Dan founded Core4 after building his career in construction from the ground up. His experience spans commercial construction, property and development, giving him a strong understanding of both project delivery and the commercial decisions behind it.
Today, Dan leads the strategic direction of Core4, with a focus on building strong teams, robust systems and a business equipped to deliver increasingly complex projects. He also co-hosts the podcast Hard Hat Chat, sharing real conversations about construction, business and the realities of working in the industry.
